PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

We recommend that your file is in PNG format. Please make sure your images have at least 300 dpi or vector. Also please make sure your images have a transparent background. Failure to check your images will result in your order being cancelled. 

Processing Time- Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. This time does not include shipping time.

DTF Transfer Non-Refundable Policy

All DTF transfers are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products. Once an order is placed, it cannot returned or exchanged. Please ensure your designs are correctly formatted before submitting, as we are not responsible for errors such as low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, or improper application.

By purchasing DTF transfers through Divine Genesis LLC, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary commercial licensing or rights for any images used. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements related to submitted designs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal rights to reproduce and sell any designs incorporated into their transfers.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our mistake only, please contact us at divinegenesis90@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order for assistance. We will request photos of said defective items. After 24 hours, request for defective items will be void.
