No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, we are unable to offer a refund, cancellation, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable content, eBooks, courses, templates, and other intangible products.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds:

1. Instant Access: Upon purchase, you immediately receive access to our digital products, which are non-returnable.

2. Intellectual Property: Once you gain access to the content, it cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical product.

Exceptions:

In the rare event that you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at divinegenesis90@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that refunds will not be provided for user errors or technical difficulties unrelated to our product.
