Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping/transit time begins after your order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

No Rush Orders

Divine Genesis Creations does not accept rush orders.

Please place your order with enough time to allow for both our standard 3–5 business day processing period and the carrier's shipping time.

Quality can't be rushed, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Personalized Orders

For products that require personalization, customers are responsible for providing all requested names, photos, dates, sizes, wording, or other personalization details when placing the order.

Processing may be delayed if required information is missing or incomplete. The processing period may begin once all information necessary to complete the order has been received.

Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order. Divine Genesis Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates provided by a shipping carrier are separate from our 3–5 business day processing time and are not guaranteed by Divine Genesis Creations.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact Divine Genesis Creations as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been accepted.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered as an option at checkout, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation that your order is complete.
